We are upfront about our costs.  We do not advertise a low price and then require you to purchase additional items once you have reserved a space. Call us to discuss prices, we have a lot of flexibility and offer discounts for extended lease terms.

MOST ADVERTISED PRICES FROM THE LARGE STORAGE COMPANIES ADVERTISE A LOW MOVE-IN OR LITTE OR NOTHING 1ST OR 2ND MONTH PRICE.  WHEN YOU CALL TO FINALIZE YOUR LEASE, THEY:

  • REQUIRE YOU TO BUY THEIR INSURANCE
  • REQUIRE YOU TO PAY A HIGH ADMINISTRATION FEE
  • WILL NOT OFFER A NO PRICE-INCREASE PERIOD
THESE ARE NOT EXPENSES THAT ARE EXPLAINED IN THEIR LOW COST ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS.  THIS RESULTS IN A MUCH LARGER COST THAN THE PRICE THAT IS ADVERTISED.

At Kingsland Blvd. Self-Storage, we are up-front about our cost.  We are competitive in our pricing and our goal is to be honest, up-front, price-competitive, and offer the best service in the industry.

We have customers that have been with us for over 20 years.  Our on-site managers are committed to meeting the needs of all our customers.  However, if there is an issue they cannot resolve, there is only one level higher to reach the OWNER and seek resolution of any issues.  There is no run-around of regional manager, district manager or confusion of who is responsible.  We do not have rotating managers that are not there daily.  Our managers know our customers. In addition to our secured access, our managers are aware of who should and should not be on the property and we feel this an advantage for our property.
